LOCAL DELIVERY
UPS has one day delivery to Seattle, Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Tukwila, Lakewood, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bellingham, Redmond, Olympia, Vancouver, Spokane and most Washington State cities. For orders that must arrive same day or next business day they will be delivered via Courier service. Rates differ from UPS ground. Phone us to obtain rates. Deliveries are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays and Weekends.

SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00P.m. PDT will ship within 24-48 hours-guaranteed. If you order before 12:00P.M. PDT, we can usually ship the same day, but cannot guarantee it. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. If you would like to specify a date for your gift basket to be shipped, please indicate the shipping or arrival date in the Comments Section of the Online Order Form. If UPS ground will not meet your deadline we will advise you prior to shipping so you have the option of changing to a quicker shipping service.



Legaqcy Boutique will make every effort to meet your needs and should the timing not work out using our standard UPS ground service, we do have other shipping options available. These options include:
1. Next Day Air
2. 2nd Day Air
3. 3-Day Select.
If you are requesting your order be shipped overnight, two day or three day there may be an additional shipping charge that is not calculated in the charge at checkout.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Legacy Boutique may find it necessary to make substitutions especially during the summer when some chocolate may melt. All substitutions will be made with the same category items of equal or greater value, to maintain the integrity and freshness of the gift.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love the gift you've received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange it, we are happy to replace it with another selection. Just repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and email us that you are returning the gift.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g.,FedEx or UPS) and retain your receipt. Legacy Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Legacy Boutique will provide a prepaid UPS return label. Custom orders are not returnable.
