Delivery - Shipping

We are located in Washington State, south of Seattle and east of Tacoma. All orders ship from our Puyallup Washington Facility.

We ship to all 50 United States and Canada . When Shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii you will be advised via e-mail the correct shipping rate.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

The UPS shipping chart below shows the number of business days it takes for ground delivery. Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will also ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends, holidays and the day your order ships do not count in determining the number of business days needed for delivery. For example, if you place your order on Thursday by 11pm PDT and it is a 4 day ground delivery your gift will arrive the following Thursday. For quicker shipping choose 3-Day select, 2-Day or Next Day Air when placing your order.



IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday! Place your order online or for custom orders call us at 877-941-7013 . ~We do not ship on Sat or Sun~
Please allow approximately:
5-7 business days to the East Coast
3-5 business days to the Mid West
1-3 business days to the West Coast
During the very busy holiday season, shipping will take longer.

During the warmer months it may be necessary to add cold packs to chocolate baskets. This will be an additional $2.00 charge. We suggest if you are shipping to the east coast during the summer that you ship two or three day.

LOCAL DELIVERY
UPS has one day delivery to Seattle, Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Tukwila, Lakewood, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bellingham, Redmond, Olympia, Vancouver, Spokane and most Washington State cities. For orders that must arrive the next business day they will be delivered via Speedy Messenger service. Speedy Messenger rates differ from UPS ground. Phone us to obtain the rates. Deliveries are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

Puyallup $10.00
Tacoma, Lakewood, Federal Way, Kent, Auburn, Des Moines $15.00 to $25.00
Bellevue $ 35.00 to $45.00
Seattle and Mercer Island $20.00 to $40.00 depending on location.


SHIPPING
 Legaqcy Boutique will make every effort to meet your needs and should the timing not work out using our standard UPS ground service, we do have other shipping options available. These options include:
1. Next Day Air
2. 2nd Day Air
3. 3-Day Select.
If you are requesting your order be shipped overnight, two day or three day the UPS charge may be more than the charge at checkout. If the UPS charge is more your credit card will automatically be charged the difference.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
