Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday! Place your order online or for custom orders call us at 253-941-3583. ~We do not ship on Sat or Sun~
Please allow approximately:
5-7 business days to the East Coast
3-5 business days to the Mid West
1-3 business days to the West Coast
During the very busy holiday season, shipping will take longer.

During the warmer months it may be necessary to add cold packs to chocolate baskets. This will be an additional $2.00 charge. We suggest if you are shipping to the east coast during the summer that you ship two or three day.

LOCAL DELIVERY
UPS has one day delivery to Seattle, Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Des Moines, Auburn, Tukwila, Lakewood, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bellingham, Redmond, Olympia, Vancouver, Spokane and most Washington State cities. For orders that must arrive same day or next business day they will be delivered via Courier service. Rates differ from UPS ground. Door to Door Courier Service starts at $25.00. Phone us to obtain rates. Deliveries are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays and Weekends.

Legaqcy Boutique will make every effort to meet your needs and should the timing not work out using our standard UPS ground service, we do have other shipping options available. These options include:
1. Next Day Air
2. 2nd Day Air
3. 3-Day Select.
If you are requesting your order be shipped overnight, two day or three day the UPS charge may be more than the charge at checkout. If the UPS charge is more your credit card will automatically be charged the difference.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

It may be beneficial to You to have the order shipped to an office to insure that someone at least 21 years old is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Shipping and Weather Legacy Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.

Shipping Delays Due To Weather Legacy Boutique Gift Baskets is not responsible for any delayed deliveries due to Weather or Natural Disasters.

Extreme weather conditions can affect beverages. High temperatures and freezing may cause beverages to leak. Legacy Boutique Gift Baskets is not responsible for products that are damaged by extreme weather conditions. By placing an online order you agree to take full responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather conditions may occur during that shipment.

Shipping Addresses We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, or military addresses.
